Rates
• Orders are shipped from Honolulu, Hawaii. All orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be processed on the following business day in the order received. If there is a high volume of orders please allow 2-3 business days for order processing.
In-Store pick up available at both retail locations. Orders placed before 5:00PM Monday will be delivered to stores on Tuesday. Orders placed before 5:00PM Thursday will be delivered on Friday. If we are able to deliver sooner than these specified days we will do so. Please check for a confirmation email for accurate pick up date and time.
Required Signature is a $5.00 additional service available on the checkout page. A signature will be required at the time of delivery for FEDEX or USPS to release the package to you for security purposes.
• For Domestic orders please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, and 5-7 business days for shipping.

• Any changes or cancellations must be made prior to shipment. We will not be responsible for unsettled e-mail requests or voicemail messages. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been packed or shipped. Customers must receive the merchandise and follow the standard return instructions. We will not be responsible for shipping return costs.
• Physical addresses are sent via Federal Express and PO Boxes are sent via US Postal Priority.
• All items categorized as Bulky such as but not limited to bags, handbags, home, pillows, & beanbags are charged an additional $15 shipping fee.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. Please review the following terms carefully, as they apply to all domestic and international orders:
PROOF OF DELIVERY
Once an order has been fulfilled, shipped, and marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier (including USPS, FedEx, or others), the order is considered complete and fulfilled. Delivery confirmation—including tracking information, delivery scans, GPS data, and photographs (where available)—serves as official proof of delivery to the address provided at checkout.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Manaola Hawaiʻi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. This includes, but is not limited to:
Packages stolen from doorsteps, mailboxes, or common areas;
Packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer;
Packages marked as delivered but not received due to misplacement or theft.
If your package is missing after being marked as delivered, we recommend:
Checking with household members, neighbors, or building management;
Contacting the carrier directly to file a claim;
Filing a report with local law enforcement if theft is suspected.
Manaola Hawaiʻi will provide any available tracking, delivery, or shipping documentation to assist in your claim with the carrier.
SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION & ALTERNATE DELIVERY OPTIONS
Customers may request signature confirmation or delivery to a secure pickup location during checkout (if available). We strongly encourage selecting these options if your location is prone to package theft or if no one is available to receive the delivery.
